(CSA) Community Supported Agriculture is a innovative relationship between producers and consumers where the financial, production risk is shared. In return Share Families are rewarded with fresh, local, tasty produce.

We began operating our CSA in 2009 in response to a growing demand from people who were asking for a closer connection to the food they were eating. The first year we began with 75 families, 1 acre of veggies and 10 weeks of vegetable deliveries.

Today we have expanded to 15 acres,, 8 months of deliveries, a new straw bale chicken coop and over 400 families who take advantage of our 3 different types of CSA shares. Also we are now partnering with Country Thyme Farm. They grow our herbs and offer their own grain flour, duck, turkey & chicken shares

Summer Vegetable Shares: Season July - September
Our vegetable shares are split into two sizes to suit your household needs. A summer share consists of 14 weeks of fresh veggies, of what ever is in season. The size of delivery varies from quite small in the beginning to fridge busting in the peak season.
Full Shares are designed for a family of 4-5 or 2-3 vegetarians Half shares are designed for households of 2-3 or
1-2 vegetarian
Winter Vegetable Shares: Season October - February
A little different than the summer. Winter Share Families receive 8 deliveries of storage veggies on a bi-weekly basis. Unlike the summer shares, there is very little risk in the winter, all the veggies have been harvested, weighed and put in storage, so you know what your getting when you sign up.
We will be offering a Winter Share again for the 2012/2013 season
Heritage Egg Shares: Season Year Round
Egg shares will be delivered bi weekly and a share will last for 6 months
Chicken Meat Shares: September
We may try raising a flock of birds this summer to slaughtered mid september. Stay tune for more information
