Summer Vegetable Share
Our Summer CSA is the most exciting, we will be asking for payment prior to putting seed in the in the ground giving us an idea of what is needed. There will be the opportunity throughout the summer to visit the farm to learn about vegetable production or even to lend a hand in planting, weeding, harvesting and even preparing produce for market.
What do you get each week in a share?

Our plan is to start delivering produce early in July. Vegetable deliveries will begin with salad vegetables, quickly getting onto the carrots, beans, cucumbers and tomatoes. Later in the season more root and fall vegetables such as carrots, beets, squash, pumpkin, corn & leeks. Each week you will receive a different variety of potato and a fresh bouquet of flowers.

Just agreeing to become a share member of our 2011 production season is welcomed by everyone here at Eagle Creek Farms. We also encourage our share members to assist in the planting, weeding, harvesting and preparing vegetables for delivery. |
