U-pick Dinner is an idea one of my friends suggested.
The concept is that you should be able to create a meal for your family from produce grown locally. This can be a challenge early in June, however, by mid July we have an excellent selection of vegetables.
In our farm store we have a collection of recipes containing ingredients from our u-pick fields. |
