Our Farm store is only open for a few weeks during the summer, August-September. The rest of the year our veggies can at the following places.
Steel Pony Farms weekly Food Box Deliveries in Red Deer and surrounding communities.
Our Beets can be found year round at their booth in the Red Deer Gassoline Alley Farmers Market & 2 Calgary Farmers Market Locations
Organic Fundraiser Program. Sports teams, Youth Groups and Schools can choose our healthy option for their fundraising needs throughout Central Alberta
On Farm pickup. If you live close by you can pre-order veggies throughout the winter to be picked up at the farm.
Visit our farm Mid August to Mid September when our upick gardens and farm store is open.

Sunflower Fields, Upick Gardens & Farm Store
Open Early August – Late Septmeber
For 19 years we have been welcoming visitors to our U-Pick flower and vegetable gardens. This year we have a collection of cut flower, potatoes, carrots, peas, beans, onions and Zucchini to pick.
Selection will be limited when we first open in Early August with the gardens reaching full production by mid August. The farm will remain open until the frost finishes off the gardens sometime mid to late September.
Upick Gardens Closed for 2025
Our upick and mazes are now closed for the 2025 season. We will re-open again next August for our 20th year.
We have now shifted our focus to harvesting all our Seed Potatoes and other Veggies. We will be opening our online Seed Potato Store in November for Spring 2026 shipping.
